    Summer Victorian Wedding Gown

    New Style!
Because this is a new design, yours will be the very first made,
    (and photos are not available.)

  • This shorter sleeve gown is more suitable for warmer wedding days- and is perfect for a spring, summer, or fall wedding. This satin, lace and velvet gown has a slight train, and is inspired by gowns worn in the Victorian late 1800s.  Sorry, the parts of this gown are not available individually, and white/ivory velvet is not available.  I recommend velvet in a rich jewel tone- burgundy, forest green, purple, or navy blue.
  • This gown can also be made with brocade instead of velvet- white or ivory brocade is available.

Gown Description: ( these items are all included in price.)
    • This gown begins with an on/off the shoulder short sleeve top made in lightweight white satin with velvet edging and deep lovely ivory and white embroidered lace.  The two colors of lace give the gown an air of vintage romance.
    • The center of the gown is a velvet corset, to nip in your waist, with a velvet panel in the back under the lacing.  The corset is laced with lovely satin ribbons, and is not only decorative, but also gives you the period silhouette of the time for a very romantic look.
    • The underskirt is white satin, with an overlay of ivory lace across the front panel, and velvet trimming on the bottom.  This skirt has ruffles of satin in the back to add fulness to the back of the gown in the period style.
    • The velvet overskirt is open in the front to show the lovely lace of the underskirt.  This velvet overskirt is slim in the front, and gathered in the back to give a very victorian look to the gown.  It is fully lined in satin for a smooth look, and has a smooth romantic drape.  The train is about 3-4 feet, any longer would make the gown too heavy.
    • A velvet choker with matching lace is included.
    • Gown Price- $1100

    • This gown takes about 10-12 weeks from the time I receive the compete order till shipping of the gown.  See below for ordering instructions.

Suggestions for wearing this gown: ( These items are not included.)
Wear this gown with your favorite stockings, bra (loops to hold your bra straps are included), lace up satin bridal boots, and if you choose, a bridal petticoat.  For your hair, I recommend a spray or garland of roses and other flowers, and a fingertip length veil.  For bridesmaids, you may choose one of the fantasy gowns in my catalog, or a simple empire waisted gown from a bridal store.  I do not make children's clothes.
