The Red Dress Every costume movie set near the Victorian Era has a Red Dress. You know the one, at that moment their eyes meet across a room. It is always worn by the leading lady, and makes an amazing impression. This is my version (sorry, not a replica) designed specifically to be in the theme of those bold, courageous gowns.
The bodice is double lined and boned for support, and will slim and smooth your figure, without being corseted. The bodice laces down the back with matching ribbon. The skirt is separate, and full. The front of the skirt has a drape of the same material as the gown, the back of the skirt is deeply gathered for fullness. The skirt is long in the front, and trains in the back.
